Los Frailes, Monastrell Dolomitas 2021 Castro Ventosa pepper and liquorice with aA beautiful cherry red in colour. The nose has pronounced aromas of cloves, rose petals, and a hint of soft turmeric. The palate is velvety and juicy, ripe black cherry and an intense blackcurrant that is sumptuous. A nice dose of dusty tannins brings lovely parity.
