Prediomagno, Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato 2021 Alentejo and dark stone fruit mingleRuche is a native black grape indigenous to the area of Castagnole Monferrato DOCG in Piedmont. It was saved from the brink of extinction in the 1960's by the local parish priest, Don Cauda, who began growing it in the parish Benefice, even though he received repeated reprimands from the Curia.
