What is Move in/out Services ?

Are you planning a move? allow us to help you with work-live balance. if you are a landlord, our move-in cleaning will get the old place cleaned up and ready for new occupants. If you are a renter, our move-out cleaning will help you get your deposit back.

HOUSE CLEANING CHECKLIST

Kitchen

Wipe down and sanitize countertops and back-splash
Keep faces of cabinet free of food and prints; remove food and prints build up
Clean face of and inside of appliances, which includes refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
Wipe down and sanitize stove top; clean grates if available
Clean the surface of and inside of microwave
Sweep and mop floor
Clean kitchen table
Clean ceiling fans, light fixtures and remove any dust bunnies (within access of a 3 steps stool)
Wipe out inside of cabinets and drawers
Clean wall trims, baseboards and light switch plates
Clean fingerprints from doors and remove any dust build up
Windowsills and ledges (Window tracks are not and will not be included)
Remove trash
